This Week in Baseball: April 24, 1987

One of my favorite shows when I was kid was This Week in Baseball. Long before the 24 hour sports news cycles we currently have this was how many got their Major League Baseball news. There are many great voices in baseball, Vin Scully and Harry Carey come to mind but to me the best voice in the game was the host of This Week in Baseball, Mel Allen.

I came across this episode from April 27, 1987 on YouTube and thought it went well with My 1987 Topps Project blog.

If/when I come across any more episodes from 1987 I will share them here.
